GOTRAX Xr
Comparison Between ANYHILL UM-2 and GOTRAX Xr Electric Scooters: Which One Suits You Better?
The market for electric scooters is booming and two of the leading models currently in the market are the ANYHILL UM-2 and the GOTRAX Xr. However, these two models have some distinct differences that could significantly affect your buying decision.
The ANYHILL UM-2 scooter stands out because of its impressive maximum speed, which tops at about 18.6mph. This scooter is also remarkably lightweight, making it easier to maneuver and carry around. It features three-speed modes and encompasses the 8.5-inch explosion-proof vacuum tire, which makes it great for any terrain. However, the scooter falls short when it comes to its maximum range, providing a range mode of only up to 25km.
Conversely, the GOTRAX Xr scooter boasts a range of up to 12 miles depending on riding conditions, which is higher than ANYHILL UM-2. Its top speed is not too shabby either, maxing out at 15.5mph. While not as high as ANYHILL UM-2, it might be more than enough for the average user. The GOTRAX Xr is also built with a reinforced frame for extra durability, making it ideal for more intensive usage. Drawbacks could be seen in its added weight due to the frame, and its less resilient tires, which may not perform as well offroad.
In conclusion, if speed and lightness are important for you and you don't need a high range, the ANYHILL UM-2 could be the better choice. However, if you are more interested in range, durability, and don't mind a little extra weight, the GOTRAX Xr may be more suitable for your needs.
