To start, the Inokim OX is a heavy-duty scooter with an impressive and robust design and is optimal for off-road use, while the NIU KQi3 MAX is a lightweight design that is perfect for urban commuting.
Power wise, the Inokim OX hosts a 1300W motor that can reach a top speed of 45 km/h. It's equipped with a battery that offers a travel range of up to 100 km, dependent on the rider's weight and terrain.
On the other hand, the NIU KQi3 MAX is powered by a 350W motor, significantly weaker than that of the Inokim OX. It can only reach a maximum speed of 25 km/h, but compensates with an excellent range of up to 60 km on a single charge. It's worth mentioning the NIU has a swappable battery system, adding to its user friendliness for longer commutes.
The Inokim OX is reputed for its superior suspension, providing a comfy ride even on uneven terrains. The NIU KQi3 MAX, though, doesn't come with any suspension, thereby making the ride less comfortable in contrast to the Inokim OX.

In summary, for rugged terrain and performance, the Inokim OX rises to the occasion with overall superior specs. However, for daily commuting within the city, the NIU KQi3 MAX is a more reasonable and the more budget-friendly option.
