Comparing High-Quality Electric Scooters: Macwheel MX PRO vs. Segway Ninebot E45
Electric scooters have rapidly evolved into a practical and efficient way of commuting. In this review, we compare two popular models - the Macwheel MX PRO and the Segway Ninebot E45. The Macwheel MX PRO offers an impressive 25-30 mile range on full charge, which is greater than the Segway Ninebot E45's range of 15.5 miles. Also, the MX PRO comes with an advanced 500W motor compared to Ninebot E45's 300W continuous motor. However, the E45 stands out with its 3-speed switching mode and 10-inch maintenance-free hollow tires, providing a smoother ride on various terrains. On the flip side, MX PRO uses 10-inch non-pneumatic foam filled tires which have resistance to sharp objects on the road. The MX PRO is equipped with dual brake system (disc & eABS) ensuring safety while the Ninebot E45 relies only on its electronic brake system. Both models exhibit excellent foldable designs for portability, but the E45 edges the competition with its integration of customisable ambient lights for increased visibility and cool aesthetic. Price-wise, Segway Ninebot E45 tends to be more expensive than the Macwheel MX PRO.
