Comparing the Mini Giants: Minimotors Dualtron Mini vs ANYHILL UM-1 Electric Scooters
In the world of electric scooters, the Minimotors Dualtron Mini and the ANYHILL UM-1 standout thanks to their blend of power and practicality.
Starting with the Minimotors Dualtron Mini, its design is a nod towards rugged delicacy. It is built with an ultra-light frame, making it the lightest in the Dualtron series, ideal for daily commuting. Its 17.5 AH LG battery propels it to reach speeds up to 45km/h and respects a maximum range of about 64km, quite impressive for a 'mini'. The scooter comes with a drum brake for reliable stopping power. As for the price, the Dualtron Mini is slightly on the higher end.
On the other hand, the ANYHILL UM-1 is known for its overall balance and design functionality. It comes with a rear 500W brushless motor and a top speed of 35km/h. The 48V, 12.8Ah lithium-ion battery ensures a maximum range of about 35-40km, slightly lower than Dualtron Mini. Where it shines is its dual suspension system, providing superior comfort for city rides and light off-roading. Given its features, the UM-1 is relatively more budget-friendly.
While there are similarities, key differences emerge in terms of top speed, range, price and suspension. Riders looking for a more budget-friendly, comfort-focused ride might lean towards the ANYHILL UM-1, while those willing to shell out more for higher speed and longer range might favor the Dualtron Mini.
