The Segway Ninebot Max is designed for long-distance travel, offering a range of up to 40.4 miles per charge, in contrast to the more commuter-friendly Hiboy MAX V2, which offers a range of 17 miles. The Ninebot's more powerful motor means it can handle inclines of 20%, while the Hiboy can conquer hills with a 15% grade. The Hiboy MAX V2 weighs less at 34 lbs, making it easy to carry when not in use, whereas the Segway Ninebot weighs 38.6 lbs. For night riders, the Hiboy scooter offers an impressive dual Headlights with a rear brake light, whereas the Segway boasts a front LED light and a rear brake light only.
