Comparing the ANYHILL UM-2 and Minimotors Speedway 5 Electric Scooters
Today, we will be comparing two electric scooters that have grabbed the attention of the market: the ANYHILL UM-2 and the Minimotors Speedway 5.
First and foremost, the ANYHILL UM-2 provides standard and enjoyable urban mobility. With a maximum speed of 45 km/h, the scooter is optimized for city travel. It's lighter than the Speedway 5, weighing in at only 17 kg, making it more portable for those who need to carry it around. Additionally, the UM-2 has an impressive maximum range of 50 km and comes outfitted with 10-inch pneumatic tires and dual disk brakes for safety.
Alternatively, the Minimotors Speedway 5 is almost considered as a hybrid of an urban and rough-terrain scooter. It boasts an impressive maximum speed of 60 km/h, and can handle high speeds on both flat and bumpy surfaces. Its robust 70 km maximum range outlasts the UM-2, even though it weighs heavier at 27 kg, which can be a potential drawback for those who need to transport it. The Speedway 5 is equipped with 10-inch air-filled tires and robust dual suspension, providing more comfort during bumpy rides.
In terms of durability - both models are equally dependable, made with high quality aluminium frames. However, performance varies according to need. If speed and long-distance rides are top priority, then the Speedway 5 might be the ideal choice. For urban commuters who prefer lightweight portability without sacrificing safety, the UM-2 may be a better fit.
