Comparative Review: Apollo Air Pro VS Xiaomi M365 Pro Electric Scooters

The Apollo Air Pro and the Xiaomi M365 Pro are both exceptional electric scooters, but they differ in several key areas. Starting with the Apollo Air Pro, this model boasts a significant power output, reaching a top speed of around 28km/h with its 350W motor. It offers an impressive 38km single charge range. On the other hand, the Xiaomi M365 Pro offers a slightly slower top speed of 25km/h, with an extended maximum range of 45km, thanks to its larger, 474Wh battery. Due to its 300W motor power being less than Apollo's, it gives a slight edge to Apollo in terms of speed. In terms of design and build, the Apollo Air Pro features front and rear spring suspensions for a smoother ride, while the Xiaomi M365 Pro has a front and back double braking system, ensuring a safer ride. The Apollo scooter also offers IP54 water resistance, while the Xiaomi M365 Pro does not mention any specific waterproofing. When it comes to weight, the Xiaomi M365 Pro (14.2kg) is slightly heavier compared to Apollo Air Pro (13.5kg), which means it might be slightly harder to carry around. However, both scooters have a similar load capacity, handling riders up to 100kg. Both scooters offer good connectivity, with dedicated apps for tracking speed, mode, and battery life. Nonetheless, the Xiaomi's app seems to boast more features like locking the scooter. In terms of price, the Apollo Air Pro is typically more expensive than the Xiaomi M365 Pro, reflecting its higher speed, and suspension system. In conclusion, the Apollo Air Pro has a slight edge in speed and comfort, but the Xiaomi M365 Pro offers a safer ride and longer range. The choice between the two may well come down personal preference, budget, and specific use-cases.
