NIU KQi3 Pro
Comparing the Acclaimed Electric Scooters: Apollo City Pro and NIU KQi3 Pro
Electric scooters have become popular urban transport vehicles due to their compact design, cost-efficiency, and environment-friendly nature. Among different models available today, Apollo City Pro and NIU KQi3 Pro stand out because of their unique features. The Apollo City Pro scooter offers excellent speed and distance, boasting a top speed of 28 mph, and a sizeable range of approximately 28 miles on a single charge. Contributing to its outstanding performance is the 600W motor and a large 48V LG battery. Its air-filled 8.5-inch tires coupled with dual spring suspension further ensure a smooth and comfortable ride. A significant feature of the Apollo City Pro is its IP54 water resistance rating, signaling that it can withstand light rain.
On the other hand, NIU KQi3 Pro excels in the design and battery categories. Despite being compact, it incorporates a versatile basket and a sizeable foot platform. Its weight of approximately 48 lbs adds to its portability. However, it must be noted that the NIU KQi3 Pro scooter falls short in speed, offering a max speed of 25 mph. Its range is slightly greater than the Apollo City, averaging 30 miles, thanks to its 48V Panasonic battery. The scooter also offers three modes—energy-saving, dynamic, and sport—to cater to different riding situations. Both models share features such as LCD displays and disc brakes, showing no significant difference in the safety or convenience parameters.
