Starting with the design, the GOTRAX GXL Commuter v2 boasts a sleek build made for the modern commuter. It's light enough for easy portability, folded down into a compact size. By contrast, the Hiboy Titan is heavier and more robust, portraying a rugged build suited for various terrains.
Performance-wise, the GOTRAX GXL Commuter v2 leads with a slightly faster maximum speed of 15.5 mph, against the Hiboy Titan's 15 mph.
