Kaabo Mantis King GT vs Apollo Pro: A Glance at Two Superior Electric Scooters
The electric scooter industry has many fantastic models, but the Kaabo Mantis King GT and the Apollo Pro stand out remarkably. The Kaabo Mantis King GT features a dual 1000w motor, reaching top speeds of up to 37 mph while the Apollo Pro, with its 52V 22.4Ah Dynavolt lithium-ion battery, can accomplish speeds of up to 35 mph.
The Mantis King GT comes with an impressive 44 miles range that's ideal for long commutes, while the Apollo Pro promises a slightly lower range of 40 miles. Regarding suspension, both scooters boast a superior system, with the King GT featuring adjustable front and rear spring suspension and the Apollo Pro utilizing a Front Hydraulic Suspension with Adjustable Coil in the rear.
When considering the weight capacity, Apollo Pro holds an advantage with a limit of 330 lbs, ten pounds more than the Mantis' 320 lbs. The Apollo Pro also features turn signals, a feature not available on the Mantis King GT. Consequently, the Apollo Pro may be the better option for busy city commutes, while the Mantis King GT might be a better fit for those looking to travel longer distances quickly.
In terms of build quality, both scooters are tour de force. KAABO MANTIS uses 6082-T6 aluminum alloy and Apollo uses 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum and SCM440 steel shaft with ABS fender.
Gearing up to buy an electric scooter depends largely on the individual's preference and, despite their many similarities, the Kaabo Mantis King GT and Apollo Pro each cater to slightly different needs.
