Mercane WideWheel Pro vs. Hiboy S2R: A Comprehensive Comparison of Performance and Features
When it comes to choosing the right electric scooter, many riders are torn between the Mercane WideWheel Pro and the Hiboy S2R. Both offer impressive features, but there are significant differences. For starters, the WideWheel Pro is a feature-packed, dual-motor option with a top speed of around 26 mph. On the other hand, the single-motor Hiboy S2R manages a top speed of 19 mph. The WideWheel Pro has a longer range than its opponent – up to 35 miles, compared to the Hiboy’s maximum range of 17 miles. Both scooters incorporate strong braking systems, but only the WideWheel Pro has hydraulic disc brakes. The WideWheel Pro is also heavier, weighing 54 lbs against the Hiboy S2R's lightweight construction at 29.5 lbs. In terms of power, the WideWheel Pro, with its more robust 1000 watts motor, excels over the Hiboy’s 350 watts. Also, with its 10 inches wheels, the WideWheel Pro offers more stability than the S2R with its 8.5 inches wheels. However, the Hiboy S2R stands out in terms of its adjustable features, including its handlebar height and riding modes, which is absent in the WideWheel Pro.
