Comparing Xiaomi Mi M365 and GOTRAX Xr: Battle of the Electric Scooters
Combining the high-tech allure of advancements in transportation technology, the Xiaomi Mi M365 and the GOTRAX Xr electric scooters are transforming the way we commute. However, each model presents unique features that set them apart. The Xiaomi Mi M365 boasts a 30 km range, thanks to its 250W motor, making it perfect for long-distance commuters. The front and rear disc braking system and bright headlight make it an appealing choice for safety-conscious riders. The Mi M365 also stands out with its firm, comfortable riding due to air-filled rubber wheels.
On the other hand, the GOTRAX Xr is designed with an efficient 300W motor that propels it a top speed of 15.5 mph, slightly above Mi M365’s 15 mph. It is slightly less expensive, making it a perfect starter scooter for novices. Unlike the Mi M365, the GOTRAX Xr employs a dual braking system and features solid, rubber tires for increased durability and less maintenance.
In terms of build and design, both scooters feature foldable designs for easy transport and storability. Yet, with a sturdier frame and greater weight capacity, the GOTRAX Xr edges out slightly over the Mi M365.
However, in terms of battery life, the Mi M365 takes the crown, with a slightly larger battery and regenerative braking that extends its range up to 18.6 miles, compared to GOTRAX Xr's 12 miles.
