Everything a Levy wholesale partner needs to log in, see their pricing, and place an order — start to finish.
For approved international wholesale inventory and Canadian dropship orders, the dealer pays the agreed product price plus quoted freight. Levy arranges and pays applicable customs duties, import taxes, standard customs brokerage and clearance charges, and carrier advancement or disbursement fees. There is no separate import-charge surcharge or recipient import bill at delivery. Freight covers transportation. Legally required sales tax on the sale remains separate, with applicable checkout collection and disclosure; dealers remain responsible for tax on their own retail sales. Levy confirms the destination, service, importer arrangement and carrier billing before accepting an international order. An accepted order will not be converted unilaterally to recipient-paid import charges.
The dealer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for six months from shipment. Levy supplies replacement components first, or a replacement scooter if the fault cannot be isolated to a known component. The dealer mediates customer support and claims. Levy arranges and pays approved replacement-part or replacement-scooter outbound shipping and any return shipment Levy requires, including applicable cross-border duties, import taxes, brokerage, clearance and carrier import fees. There is no restocking fee or return-label charge for an approved warranty remedy. A covered claim retains this shipping coverage if approved fulfillment occurs after the warranty period. Existing exclusions, including misuse, neglect, accident, modification and unauthorized repair, still apply.
Obtain Levy's return authorization and follow its packaging and carrier instructions. A customer may return directly to Levy only when expressly authorized. Wholesale inventory is final sale except covered warranty and transit-damage remedies. Ordinary discretionary dropship returns must be requested by the dealer within 14 days of customer delivery: 10% restocking for unused units in original packaging, 20% for ridden units, plus the return-label cost; damaged or abnormally worn units are not accepted for discretionary returns. Refunds go to the dealer's original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. These timing, fee and condition limits do not restrict approved warranty or transit-damage remedies.
This dealer exception takes precedence over ordinary return and post-warranty shipping wording for approved covered claims. Other consumer delivery policies continue to apply to retail purchases. See the wholesale guide, shipping policy and returns and warranty policy.

Click it, set a password, and you’re in — your account is permanently tied to your wholesale pricing. Already activated? You’re done here; skip to placing an order.

Open the dealer catalog for live stock on every model and color, your price at each quantity, and dropship prices.
Browse the full Levy store — scooters, batteries, parts, and accessories — and add items just like a normal order.
As long as you’re logged in, your wholesale discount shows automatically in the cart and at checkout. No codes, nothing to enter.
Always log in first. Wholesale pricing is tied to your account. If you check out as a guest, you’ll be charged full retail — so make sure you’re signed in before you add to cart.

Automatic
You don’t need to do anything to unlock better pricing — quantity breaks apply on their own. Batteries step up at 20, 30, 40, and 50 units (15% → 22%), and scooters step up at 5, 10, and 20 units. Mix and match freely; each product is discounted on its own quantity in the cart.
Supported
Want an order sent straight to one of your customers instead of to your shop? When you check out, enter their address on the “Where should we ship this order?” step. Orders shipped to your own approved address get full wholesale pricing; orders shipped to a customer get dropship pricing automatically.

MAP is the current retail price. It covers the prices you advertise; you can sell at any price.
